• Pages visited, features used, and session duration

Information from third parties:

• Publicly available listing data from third-party platforms based on URLs you provide

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the VillaDemand service
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Generate AI-powered insights and recommendations for your listings
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, payment receipts, trial reminders)

We share your information only with the service providers necessary to operate VillaDemand:

• Supabase: Database and user authentication (USA)
• Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management (USA)
• Anthropic: AI-powered content and pricing analysis (USA)
• Apify: Automated retrieval of publicly available listing data (Czech Republic)
• Resend: Transactional email delivery (USA)
• Vercel: Application hosting and content delivery (USA, global CDN)
• PostHog: Product analytics and session recording (EU)
• Sentry: Error monitoring and performance tracking (EU)

We do not share your information with any other third parties except where required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (for example, Stripe transaction records).

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights including:

• Correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion of your account and associated data

We use PostHog for product analytics, which may use session recording on in-app pages. Our landing page uses Microsoft Clarity for heatmap and session analysis. No personally identifiable information is captured by Clarity. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to use the service.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), role-based access controls, and secure authentication. No system is 100% secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@villademand.com.

10. Children

VillaDemand is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice in the app. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
